Prospective Associations
Learn how an Association can get started with Severaid & Glahn and how our lien-enforcement resources are organized.
Assessment Lien Enforcement Services
S&G works with community associations and management companies regarding assessment lien enforcement and related community association matters. Our process provides a structured path for referrals, Board authorizations, homeowner communication, payments, and management updates.
A Structured Lien-Enforcement Process
Not every account proceeds through every stage. Accounts may resolve through payment, an approved plan, or another resolution before later stages.
