Submit a New Account
A working checklist for referring an Association account to Severaid & Glahn for lien enforcement.
What to Submit
Providing complete information with the initial referral helps our office establish the account and begin processing it without unnecessary delays.
Current Lien Enforcement Request
Complete the current S&G Lien Enforcement Request for the property being referred.
Account Statement
Provide an account statement showing the account history going back to the last zero balance.
Most Recent Late Letter
Include a copy of the most recent late letter sent to the property owner before referral.
Optional — If Applicable
Please also include any previous correspondence or other information that may be relevant to the account, including payment-plan or payment-arrangement correspondence, account disputes, prior payment discussions, or other relevant owner communications.
Before You Submit
- Current Lien Enforcement Request is complete
- Account statement goes back to the last zero balance
- Most recent late letter is included
- Relevant prior correspondence is included, if applicable
Have Board Authorization Already?
You may submit applicable Board authorization forms with the initial referral.
If the Board has already taken the applicable action and the appropriate authorization form has been completed, you may include it when submitting the new account.
Providing the authorization with the initial referral may help avoid delays if Board authorization is needed later in the lien-enforcement process.
This is optional. A new account may still be submitted without advance Board authorization.

Email the completed referral and supporting documents to submissions@sandglaw.net.
For the most consistent routing, use the button below. It opens a new email with a structured subject line and a checklist of the information to include.
What Happens Next?
Once the referral and supporting documentation are received, our office will review the materials and establish the account for lien enforcement. If information needed to establish the account is missing or requires clarification, our office may contact management.
Please Tell Us About Unusual Circumstances
Every account is different. If there is information that may affect how the account should be handled, please include it with the referral or bring it to our attention when submitting the account.
Examples may include an existing payment arrangement, an account dispute, information concerning a property transfer, bankruptcy-related correspondence, or other circumstances management believes may be relevant.
